While there has been an increase in interest and a growing amount of cideries, one thing remains the same… cider-focused merchandise is still lagging behind the other craft movements. But, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The maker of 33 Books continues to bring out tasting tools like their new 33 Cider Pressing book. This expands on their cider tasting books that we delve into here. Like the other books, the outside is stunning yet simple but this is a larger size. The typical start and completed dates are on the front of the book and the materials are all 100% recycled papers sourced from the region. The cider-colored ink in the book also contains cider from apples grown in Springdale, OR — one of the defining features of 33 Books’ products.
