A now-common mixture of sweet cider & cinnamon flavors pair beautifully with the slightly sour, slightly sweet flavor from the limes. It tastes like mom made apple & key lime pie and you wanted both, so you slapped it together to make an applime pie. It tastes better than it sounds.
