“4505 Meats began back in 2009 when chef and butcher, Ryan Farr, started frying up chicharrones in his home kitchen and selling them to local bars for extra cash. The chicharrones quickly became infamous throughout the city and endearingly dubbed “crispy clouds of porkaliciousness”.”
All 4505’s Chicharrones are:
– All-natural
– Humanly raised
– Chef crafted
– Keto-friendly
– Contain 7-9 grams of protein per serving our pork rinds
“Treehorn Cider started with a conversation among friends in Fall 2013. We all love craft beer, good wine and great food – especially from local producers. Hard cider began popping up in the craft beer cases around town. Local hard cider production in North Carolina and across the country was starting to take off, but no one was making cider in Atlanta. So we asked ourselves – why not Atlanta? Our home city has a vibrant farm-to-table restaurant scene, and more than 60 farmers markets. North Georgia has robust apple production. Craft cocktails, small-scale craft breweries and local restaurants dominate growth in the city. We would jump at the chance to taste a locally made craft cider, so why didn’t we make it ourselves?”

“Elegant refinement defines the Japanese ideal of Miyabi. We blended aromatic shiso with bright, citrusy yuzu to create a refreshing and delicate cider that honors that tradition, but creates something very new. Each moment we have with friends only happens once, and should be celebrated with fine drink and good cheer. In Japan, the saying is “Ichi-go ichi-e” — literally “one time, one meeting,” or loosely translated as “once in a lifetime.” Shiso and yuzu are infused in cider prior to packaging.”

“Forest Moon is an out-of-this-world flavor bomb! Forward fresh basil notes with a rich, peppery, herbaceous flavor profile complement the luscious, deep fruit flavor of apple and pomegranate. With a rounded acidity and very light sweetness, this cider can be enjoyed straight from the can or mixed in a creative cocktail.”
