Cider Summit Chicago, the region’s largest cider tasting celebrates local, regional, and international artisanal ciders and cidermakers. The 9th annual Cider Summit Chicago will feature nearly 200 ciders, cider cocktails, and apple spirits. This year’s event will be Saturday, February 4 at the Navy Pier Aon Grand Ballroom.
Cider Summit Chicago 2023 Highlights:
- Nearly 200 ciders, cider cocktails, and spirits.
- NEW Beneficiary: Women Employed is an almost 50-year-old Chicago-based advocacy organization that pursues equity for women in the workforce, a portion of ticket sales plus additional contributions will go towards this amazing organization.
- VIP ticket holders receive early entry! Cider Summit Chicago will have two sessions:
- VIP Entrance: 11 a.m. & 4 p.m. **VIP Tickets must be purchased in advance & will not be sold at the door**
- Food Trucks: Cider lovers can snack on delicious food from Chelsea’s Gluten Free and Sausage Fest food trucks, plus additional onsite snacks.
- Event Store featuring festival merch and extra tasting tickets.
- Fruit Spirit and Cider Cocktail Pavilion
- Escanciar (Spanish pour) Competition Finals (during session 1)

TICKETS:
All event tickets are available via the event website – CiderSummit.com
General Admission Tickets: $40 per session. General Admission tickets include a souvenir tasting glass, 12 tasting tickets, and a $1 donation to Women Employed. All tickets must be purchased in advance online.
VIP Tickets: (limited quantity) $50 per session. VIP tickets include express admission to the event, a souvenir tasting glass, 16 tasting tickets plus a $1 donation per ticket to Women Employed. All tickets must be purchased in advance online.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Additional tasting tickets will be available onsite, but all event tickets must be purchased online by February 3.
- A separate ticket is required for each session. This event is strictly 21 & over – no exceptions.

It is a unique opportunity for guests to meet and greet cidermakers and taste popular and new releases.
