It has been a difficult time for most during this global pandemic where we are stuck inside and trying to keep our loved ones safe. I have been working from home as of recent, and have been having a heck of a time figuring out what to do. Of course, I could have ciders daily, but I probably shouldn’t. However, to pass the time I wanted to create this list of the ciders I have been enjoying while I have been staying inside (you can find full reviews on @girlwithaciderreview). They range from dry all the way to that sugary sweet. If you’re in Canada like me, particularly Ontario, you shouldn’t have too hard of a time locating some of these:
1) Lost Craft Apple Cider (Toronto, Ontario)
ABV: 5%
Style: Semi-Dry
Taste: Clean, dry but with hints of sweet apple
2) Reinhart’s Strong (Stayner, Ontario)
ABV: 7%
Style: Dry + Full flavoured
Taste: Fermented, strong, full-bodied apple
3) The Old Tun (Vineland, Ontario)
ABV: 6.5%
Style: Dry + Crisp
Taste: Crisp apple taste made with 5 different apples. Dry side.
4) Brickworks Burgundy Effect (Toronto, Ontario)
ABV: 5%
Style: Dry
Taste: Blackcurrant taste, full-bodied, like a red wine!
5) Woodchuck Hard Cider (Vermont, USA)
ABV: 5%
Style: Sweet + Carbonated
Taste: sweet crisp apple taste
