Three Guys enjoyed a visit this year to Forthright Cyder in Youngsville, New York. They met and interviewed Forthright Cyder’s cysermaker Japheth. Japheth represents a dying breed of gentlemen unafraid to veer from the status quo, relentlessly chase his passions, and succeed. Amidst a pandemic, the Forthright staff pushed forward and reigned victorious despite the many obstacles Covid has thrown them during their first year in business.
