Who hosts the Neutral Cider Hotel Podcast?

Gabe Cook:

The concierge at The Neutral Cider Hotel, it’s the Ciderologist himself, Gabe! An independent global cider expert with over 15 years’ experience he has been involved in all aspects of working with the fermented apple, from small house cider makers, all the way up to the world’s largest. Through writing, teaching, tasting, training and judging to name but a few, he’s the go-to for any and all cider questions. Grant HutchisonGrant’s history of hitting things for employment has finally paid off. Previously the drummer for Scottish legends Frightened Rabbit, last year Grant started Re:stalk, a cider distribution company with a focus on the creativity, passion and skill cider makers bring to the category. He brings the world’s best ciders to the best pubs, bars and shops in the UK. Alongside his family, Grant set up a charity called Tiny Changes which focuses on mental health for children and young people.

Martyn Goodwin-Sharman:

It’s Cidershit , Martyn Goodwin-Sharman. Previous Manager of Hackney pub The Cock Tavern and Clapton Craft N4, Martyn has been slinging fine cider for years and has been vocal along the way. Now working at The Good Measure in Bristol and blending ciders with Pilton, spending most of his time waiting for a blue sky in England to photograph 750ml bottles of madness.

Our maintenance extraordinaire, Scott Riggs:

After a long stint as a radio presenter and producer in California, Scott took a ride on the digital side where he developed a streaming radio service (Slacker), led podcasts at Pandora, executive produced a podcast with Quest Love and now finds himself focused on making things close to his heart, including a little podcast called The Neutral Cider Hotel. He has never had a taste for beer, but loves apples and cider and is learning more about the “top shelf” stuff every day. When not eating apples, drinking cider or making podcasts, he spends his free time with his chocolate lab, Jake.
