After years as a teetotaler, she took up mixology on a whim after experiencing a plethora of drinks on a Norwegian cruise ship. Each cocktail will take roughly 2-5 minutes to make depending on your skillset.
Combine rum, pineapple juice, and orgeat in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a margarita or hurricane glass. Top with Atlanta Hard Cider Co. Tiki Haze. Pour a bar spoon of grenadine on top. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
For the syrup, combine ¾ cups hulled and quartered strawberries, ¾ cups chopped rhubarb, 1 ½ cups of water, and 1 ½ cups of sugars in a small saucepan. Boil for 10 minutes or until the fruit has softened and become transparent and the sugar has completely dissolved. Cool and store in a covered container.
Combine gin, syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a coupe glass. Top with Atlanta Hard Cider Co. Rosé. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
Combine brown sugar and bitters in the cocktail mixing glass. Muddle until sugar is mostly dissolved. Add whiskeys and fill halfway with ice. Stir until the ice and liquid meet. Pour over ice into a double old fashioned glass. Top with Atlanta Hard Cider Co. Crisp Apple. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Combine gin, lemon juice, syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into a Nick & Nora glass. Top with Atlanta Hard Cider Co. Honey Bee. Garnish with lemon zest.
Muddle blueberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add brandy, Benedictine, lime juice, and grenadine. Shake and pour over ice into a Collins glass. Top with Atlanta Hard Cider Co. Pomegranate Craft Cider. Garnish with blueberries.
