Robin’s Recipe Cider Cocktails with Atlanta Cider

August 11, 2020Some of us are baking, some of us are knitting, while I and the rest of CiderScene are likely drinking ciders and getting crafty with our drinks. I have created quite a few cider-based cocktails during my time getting close to cider and would love to share. Whether you’re drinking alone, with your partner or your family: I recommend trying one of these recipes that is sure to impress anyone really…we aren’t picky right now as long as it is entertaining. While you’re at it, you may as well show off some wild bartending skills. Feel free to add more than 1 oz. of hard liquor if you find it’s not strong enough! Add more juice or cider if you prefer it sweeter.
Slice up a lime into 2-3 slices, one for the garnish and two for the juice.
Slide up an apple into 3 slides for inside the drink
Put 1oz of whiskey cider in the glass followed by 2-3 drops of green food colouring, fill up the rest with cider, drop in the used lime slices, and apple slices, leave one lime out for the side of the glass.
Put blackberries, ice, and 1 oz. of vodka into a cocktail shaker.
Then add guava juice and shake up (do not put cider in here or you’re asking for an explosion).
Pour into a wine glass and fill the rest up with a cranberry flavoured cider. Enjoy!
